For swimming it's a good place, clean, not a bad pool, although I wish it was a little deeper and longer. Could do with some refurbishments but overall good and friendly staff. Richard Hagues

Following its £1.76m refurbishment, the facilities at Ennerdale Leisure Centre now include -

 

- A traditional shaped swimming pool and a teaching pool
- A new sauna and steam room alongside upgraded changing facilities
- A new extended fitness suite containing free weights and new cardio and resistance machines
- Sports hall - suitable for a variety of indoor sports, six badminton courts and a range of fitness classes
- The regions only all-weather 1km cycling facility
- A dance studio which also includes a Wexer Virtual Studio with hundreds of on-demand fitness classes
