I have worked for magnolia house for 4 years it is a really nice place to work for. The home is run by the book meaning you know everything is done as it should be. all care staff are amazing and the care is to a very very high standard the home is clean, tidy and well presented the food options are amazing and plenty of choice. walking in on a daily to see the smiling faces of our admin team, we also have a amazing activity team that ensure all residents have a fun enjoyable stay the management team are approachable and will do anything they can to help . all staff are kind hardworking and will do anything for anyone it is nice working for a team that really do care and create new memories.
