Our highly skilled and attentive staff work with residents and their families to create personalised care plans tailored to the specific needs and likes of each resident.

Individualised care planning provides the basis for treatment and activities at Lindum, and care plans are regularly reviewed by the care team, the resident and family, as well as visiting health professionals where helpful.
